1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required to process a return.
  • Return Authorization: Prior authorization is mandatory. Email us at support@iksaa.in before returning any item. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
  • Unboxing Video Requirement: Please record a video while unboxing your parcel. This will help us facilitate a replacement in case of damaged items within 3-5 business days.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns, including but not limited to:

  • Final Sale items marked as such at the time of purchase.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Gift cards, promotional items, or items purchased during a sale or with a discount code.
  • Perishable goods or tampered items (if applicable).

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Email support@iksaa.in within 7 days of delivery with your order number, item details, and reason for the return.
  2. Approval & Instructions: Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.
  3. Packaging & Shipping: Securely pack the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt.
  4. Inspection & Confirmation: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the return status and further steps, such as a refund or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item. Cash-on-Delivery (COD) returns are not accepted.

4. Refunds Policy

  • Approval Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of the refund.
  • Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain cases (e.g., an item is not returned in its original condition), a partial refund may be issued.
  • Non-Refundable Shipping Charges: Shipping costs, including those paid at checkout, are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that are new and unused.

  1. Request an Exchange: Email support@iksaa.in with your order number and details of the item to be exchanged.
  2. Return the Item: Once approved, ship the item back as per our provided instructions.
  3. Processing & Replacement: Upon receiving the returned item, we will process the exchange. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or allow you to select an alternative product.

Exchange Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

  1. Report the Issue: Email support@iksaa.in within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and issue details.
  2. Provide Evidence: Attach clear photos or videos of the damage or defect to help expedite the resolution.
  3. Resolution: Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund and cover the return shipping costs.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check with your bank or credit card provider, as refunds may take several business days to reflect.
  2. If you still have not received the refund, contact us at support@iksaa.in, and we will assist you promptly.

8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by emailing support@iksaa.in.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible as orders might already be in processing or shipping.
  • If the order has already been shipped, it must be returned following our return policy.

9. International Orders

For customers outside India:

  • Customs Fees & Duties: Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
  • Shipping Delays: Delivery times may be longer due to customs clearance and international shipping procedures.
  • Return Shipping: International returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense.
