Please record a video while unboxing your parcel. In case of any damaged items, this will help us quickly arrange a replacement within 3-5 business days.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, certain items are not eligible for returns, including but not limited to:
- Final Sale items marked as such at the time of purchase.
- Personalized or custom-made items, as they are made to your specific requirements.
- Gift cards, promotional items, or items purchased during a sale or using a coupon code.
- Perishable goods or items that have been tampered with (if applicable).

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect. Please ensure the return package is prepaid, as we do not accept collect-on-delivery returns.
4. Refunds
- Refund Approval: After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Processing: If your return is approved, a full refund (minus any shipping charges) will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
